The concierge knows how that exact property works, answers guest questions naturally by voice or text, and brings in the host when judgment, permission, or human intervention is needed. Guests open the concierge from the property's QR code or another supported channel without creating an OnStay account.
OnStay brings together public property pages, the property website, guest files, and the details only the host knows. The internal property brain keeps those sources property-specific and powers the concierge's answers. When the available property knowledge is not enough, the concierge says so and escalates instead of inventing an answer.
The host supplies the required property sources and completes the guided interview and sign details. OnStay then prepares the concierge. Activation is server-determined: the concierge becomes available automatically after required setup and the current guest-route and brain-read checks pass. The host is never asked to approve or manually activate it.
Guests can ask about Wi-Fi, arrival, parking, appliance use, checkout, property rules, and local recommendations. The concierge answers in the guest's own language, across the channels configured for that property. Safety concerns, unknown answers, and explicit requests for the host follow the escalation path.
